After payment is confirmed, we do not accept cancellations, returns, or refunds for the customer's convenience. Please refer to our Specified Commercial Transactions Act page for details.

Order modifications (adding/changing products or quantities) are not accepted after the order is confirmed. Please place a new order instead.

Shipping within Japan is ¥750 (Okinawa Prefecture: ¥1,350). The exact amount is shown at checkout.

Products will be shipped during the estimated shipping period listed on each product page. If items with different shipping dates are ordered together, all items will be shipped based on the latest date.

We currently do not offer international shipping. Delivery is available within Japan only.

We do not accept returns or refunds for the customer's convenience. If a product is defective or was delivered incorrectly, contact support@codemeee.com within 14 days of delivery and we will exchange it for an equivalent product. We issue a refund only when an exchange is not possible, or when we cannot deliver the product due to circumstances on our side.
