Returns, Defects & Cancellations

We do not accept returns or refunds for the customer's convenience. If a product is defective or was delivered incorrectly, contact support@codemeee.com within 14 days of delivery and we will exchange it for an equivalent product. We issue a refund only when an exchange is not possible, or when we cannot deliver the product due to circumstances on our side. We bear the cost of return shipping and reshipment when we exchange a defective or incorrectly delivered product.

Cooling-off Policy

Products purchased via mail order are not subject to the cooling-off (unconditional cancellation) policy under the Specified Commercial Transactions Act.
