Domestic Shipping

Yamato Transport or Sagawa Express（shipped from Tokyo. The Company will select the most suitable shipping carrier.）

• Delivery may be delayed depending on logistics conditions.
• For products with different delivery schedules, please check each product page.
• You may specify a preferred delivery date and time when placing your order. However, we may not be able to meet your request depending on logistics conditions.
• The most suitable shipping method, such as mail delivery or parcel delivery, will be automatically selected depending on the size and quantity of the products.

International Shipping

We currently do not ship internationally.

We will announce on our store when international shipping becomes available.

Information Disclosed to Shipping Carriers

For product delivery, we provide customer information（recipient name, postal code, address, and phone number）to shipping carriers and logistics contractors.

Refusal of Delivery, Long-Term Absence, and Incorrect or Incomplete Address

If delivery cannot be completed due to refusal of delivery, long-term absence, incorrect or incomplete address, or similar reasons, and the product is returned to the Company, the Company will store the product for three months from the date of shipment.

Redelivery can be arranged within this storage period. Please contact us at support@codemeee.com within the period. Please note that the shipping fee for redelivery shall be borne by the customer.

If the customer refuses to receive the product for their own convenience, we will not be able to issue a refund. Thank you for your understanding.

If the three-month storage period has elapsed, the Company will deem that the customer has no intention to receive the product, and may dispose of the product at its discretion. In such case, the Company may charge 100% of the product price as a cancellation fee, as well as shipping fees and any costs incurred for storing the product.
