Cancellations and Returns for Customer Convenience
After payment has been confirmed, we do not accept exchanges or returns for customer convenience, except in cases of initial product defects. Thank you for your understanding.
Automatic Cancellation
- Convenience store payment: If payment is not confirmed within 3 days after placing the order, the order will be automatically cancelled.
- Bank transfer: If payment is not confirmed within 20 days after placing the order, the order will be automatically cancelled.
Cancellation Due to Incorrect or Incomplete Address
If there is an error or omission in the delivery address and we do not receive a response from you by the specified deadline after contacting you, we may cancel the order at our discretion.
Refund Fees
If a refund is issued due to unavoidable circumstances, the refund amount will be calculated after deducting the following payment processing fees.

| Paidy(post-payment) | 3.5% of the purchase amount |
Product Defects and Initial Defects
If the product has any defect or initial defect, please contact us at support@codemeee.com within 14 days of receiving the product, together with the following information.
- Order number
- Photos showing the condition of the product
- Details of the defect
After confirmation by the Company, we will respond by replacing the product with a non-defective item.
*Depending on stock availability, we may issue a refund instead. Thank you for your understanding.
*In the case of an initial defect, the Company will bear the shipping costs required for returning and resending the product.
