Orders
Cancellations after payment confirmation are generally not accepted. Please refer to our Specified Commercial Transactions Act page for details.
A confirmation email is sent automatically after your order is placed. If you haven't received it, please check your spam folder or contact us at support@codemeee.com.
Order modifications (adding/changing products or quantities) are not accepted after the order is confirmed. Please place a new order instead.
Shipping
Domestic shipping is free on all products.
Products will be shipped during the estimated shipping period listed on each product page. If items with different shipping dates are ordered together, all items will be shipped based on the latest date.
We currently do not offer international shipping. Delivery is available within Japan only.
Returns & Exchanges
After payment is confirmed, returns or exchanges for customer convenience are not accepted, except in cases of initial product defects. If you receive a defective product, please contact support@codemeee.com within 7 days of delivery.
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact support@codemeee.com within 7 days of delivery with details about the product's condition. We will arrange an exchange or refund.
